South Carolina Partners for Healthy Children (PHC)

South Carolina Partners for Healthy Children program, authorized under Title XXI of the Social Security Act, provides health coverage to children under the age of 19 and who meet the income guidelines.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for South Carolina PHC, your children must sreside within the state of South Carolina. They must be a US citizen or legal resident and provide a valid Social Security Number if they are U.S. citizens. To enroll their children, families must meet income guidelines that are based on 150% of federal poverty level.
