Children's Health Insurance Program (Oklahoma)


SoonerCare, Oklahoma's Medicaid program, provides health care to uninsured Oklahoma children under the age of 19, and whose family income falls in certain income guidelines.

Eligibility Requirements
Children, who reside in Oklahoma and a U.S. citizen, are eligible for SoonerCare. You are not eligible if you have other health insurance in effect and should not be eligible for Medicare. The family income must meet the guidelines, which are based on no more than 185% of the federal poverty level.
