Eligibility Requirements
KidsCare is Arizona's health insurance for Arizona's children under the age of 19. To qualify children must be within the low income guidelines. To be eligible for the KidsCare program, the child must reside in Arizona and be a U.S. Citizen or a qualified eligible immigrant. The immigration status of the child is not dependent on the status of the parents. The child cannot be currently covered by other health insurance and must be a member of a family that meets the income guidelines set forth by KidsCare. Income levels are based on the size of the family and the household income received before any taxes or other deductions. Refer to income guidelines to see if your family qualifies.
