APEX Major Medical Plan: As its name suggests, APEX is a Major Medical Plan which allows members the freedom to choose their physician and health care facility. No pre-certification is required under this health plan, which offers deductibles as low as $250.

The Protector Plus PPO Plan: The Protector Plus plan provides members with a comprehensive benefit package at affordable premium rates. An array of optional benefits are included under The Protector Plus PPO Plan, which include full maternity coverage and low co-pay doctor office visits.

Advantage Care HSA Qualified Plan: The Advantage Care HSA Qualified Plan is a high deductible PPO plan which allows the member to pay for qualified out of packet medical expenses with pre-tax dollars.

Other products offered through United Security Life and Health Insurance Company include Final Expense Plans, Income Security - Disability Insurance, and a line of Cancer Insurance products.
