Humana's individual and family insurance health plans are designed to provide flexible, reliable coverage to meet individual needs and budgets, while offering lasting value and Humana's wealth of expertise. Included in these plans are the HumanaOne individual health plan, Medicare Advantage plan, TRICARE and HumanaDental.

The HumanaOne individual health plan is available in the following states: Arizona, Alabama, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia and Wisconsin. Humana also offers group benefits in these states as well.

Although senior market products are new to some companies, Humana has been offering Medicare plans to meet the needs of seniors and other individuals with disabilities for more than 20 years. Humana's Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement plans offer coverage beyond original Medicare. Included in the Medicare portfolio of plans are the HumanaChoice PPO, Humana Gold Choice a private Fee-For Service Plan, Humana Gold Plus HMO plan and a variety of Medicare Prescription Drug plans.

As a Humana member you will be provided with the Humana ChoiceCare Network of providers. The Humana network of providers has grown to offer more than 400,000 physicians and health care providers in 50 states and the District of Columbia.
