What are the various types of Aetna HMO individual health insurance plans?
There are several types of Aetna HMO plans that are available in New Jersey including HMO 10, HMO 15, HMO 20, and HMO 30. An HMO 10 plan offers the lowest co-payments for doctors’ visits and covered medical services with lowest maximum out-of-pocket expenses and highest premium. HMO 15 offers low co-pays and low out-pocket medical expenses with low premium. The HMO 20 plan offers moderate premium, moderate co-pays, and out-of-pocket maximum. HMO 30 Plan has the lowest premium and the highest co-payments and maximum out-of-pocket expenditures. Additional Aetna HMO plans in Pennsylvania include Open Access HMO 10 Plan, HMO 15 Plan, and HMO 20 Plan. An Open Access HMO 10 Plan has a moderately high premium, has no deductible, low maximum out-of-pocket expenses, and low co-pays for covered services. HMO 15 Plan has no deductible, low out-of-pocket maximums and co-payments, and a moderate premium.
